Psychologist
​Work with Children, Families, ASD and ADHD Clientelle
Taringa, Brisbane QLD
Part time or Full time (negotiable hours)
$120 – $160 per hour (Salary dependant on hours & on contract / permanent employment)
​About the Position
​
We are looking for a Psychologist not only to meet growing demand but also to enhance our team and complement the range of services we offer.
​
The position is a rewarding one in an environment that is both supportive and caring.

The role requires the clinician to be equipped and flexible in applying a range of evidence-based treatment approaches
-
Clinicians have the opportunity to provide individual and/or family therapy as well as assessments for Children / ADS Clients and ADHD Clients. This will be dependent on their training and areas of interest or expertise.

Flexible working hours. Hours are negotiable, either part or full time as we encourage our clinicians to have a good Work / Life balance.

Regular peer supervision and support are available.

Extensive support for all your administrative needs. We are highly competitive in the market for the standard of work and support we provide our clinicians.

Access, training and use of the practice management software, Cliniko.
-
Access, training and use of software for confidential reporting to other health professionals.

Marketing Plan for the psychologist to increase awareness and referrals.

New, or soon to be, graduates are welcome to apply.

To be successful in this position, candidates must have the following:
-
Clinical or General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.

Experience in implementing assessments for ASD/ ADHD/ Career and reporting thereon as well as relaying the information to the Client and their family where requested.

Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.

Australian Citizen / Resident

Professional indemnity insurance

Australian Business Number (ABN)

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to clients and peers

Ability to relate well to a range of people with sound listening and problem-solving skills, including young people, carers and other professional stakeholders

Highly organised and timely, with attention to detail

Ability to work unsupervised as well as an effective team player

Emotionally mature and resilient
